Hotel Urban, A Small Luxury Hotel Of The World Madrid

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything I wanted to visit in this city within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, especially the small rooftop open area with a bar and a small pool. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.

Could not be improved in any way.

Great central location near popular bars and restaurants, within walking distance of major attractions. Exceptional service from friendly staff. Clean hotel with stylish decor and unique art pieces. Fantastic amenities including a rooftop pool and bar. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was spot on.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of everything, just a short walk to the famous square with the oldest pub, frequenting destination of Earnest Hemingway. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by landmarks and great restaurants. Our room was exceptional, with modern decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing a warm welcome and offering refreshing drinks upon arrival. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a gym and a beautiful pool to cool off in.

The only downside was that the pool was not suitable for swimming, more for standing in and cooling off.

The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. the modern and stylish design of the hotel created a nice ambiance.

Our room was a bit on the small side and lacked sufficient lighting. The windows were also quite small, making it difficult to enjoy any views.

The hotel had a great location, close to popular attractions and within walking distance to museums and lively areas with restaurants and pubs. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and arranging tickets. The rooftop bar and pool area was a highlight, perfect for enjoying a drink after a busy day exploring the city.

There were a few downsides to the hotel. the rooms lacked soundproofing, making it noisy in the mornings when chambermaids were cleaning neighboring rooms.

Hotel Urban is perfectly situated close to two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city and reach the airport. The location is also surrounded by great restaurants and is within walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern decor and dimming lights. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of hot and cold options. The hotel also has a cool rooftop and impressive tribal art throughout.

The soundproofing in the hotel could be improved, as some noise from the hall and adjacent rooms can be heard.

This venue exceeded my luxurious expectations with its impressive hospitality service and outstanding amenities. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing moments and soaking up the sun rays.

My room lacked the expected exclusive amenities, such as a jacuzzi or a plunge pool. Nevertheless, the room had a stunning view that made up for this minor issue.

The rooftop terrace at Urban was fantastic. I enjoyed sipping cocktails while taking in the beautiful view of the city. The cozy seating areas created a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel.
